Why I Started Leaders Only
Leadership isn’t about power — it’s about presence.
I started Leaders Only because I got tired of watching people shrink to fit rooms they were meant to lead. I wanted to create a space where leadership was about love, not ego.
A space where showing up for yourself and others wasn’t optional, but expected.
I believe that inside each of us is a leader waiting to be unlocked — not by titles or applause, but by courage, clarity, and connection.
